I am writing this letter to express my complete dissatisfaction of one product bought recently at your shop.
I visited your shop in last week and I bought one gas on-off regulator. Your sales executive explained how to use it from demo piece. But, when I reach down home, I called to specialist to fix it and after two days, it got blocked itself and difficult to do on-off during the morning and midnight. It concerns to safety issue, it must have to make off at every night while we are not going to use it. Consequently, I called your sales executive, he promised me that he will replace new product with free of cost on the next day. But, after two – three days, I called to inform that no one person still arrived to replace the faulty product. I am following since last week and now even ten days passed, there were no response or action from your shop sales executive. It has been biggest harassment to contact frequently and no responses at your end.
I hereby request you, please take action to replace a faulty regulator because I cannot take the risk of issues related to gas. In addition, please take action against your executive that he had not taken this issue seriously.
