Some universities offer online courses as an alternative to classes delivered on campus.Do you think this is a positive or negative development?———————————————————————————————————————-There has been several innovative improvements in educational system and methods of teaching as well. In the wake of this scenario, some universities and institutions provide online courses as an alternative to campus education. Some argue that this is a positive development. I partially agree with this adaptation.Online education has plenty of advantages due to certain reasons. Firstly, at university level, every aspirant wants to embark on the job to start career. In this regard, time management is a mega problem, which students are facing these days. Therefore, computer based education plays a beneficial role. Secondly, online education is also helping those who are against campus life. In this regard aspirants can stay at their home towns and can get good education. Thirdly, online education has made distance learning an astonishing field, moreover, many students from all over the world can take advantage from this computer based education. While there are some pigeonholes in this online education system. First of all, education is not merely related to get a degree but there are also some other aspects like leadership qualities, team player, personality development and good human being, which cannot be covered by this system of education. The other contributing factor is that online education can make education, both teaching and learning, boring as in the case of mathematics and science projects. Further, studies reveal that aspirants, who study at campus are more talented than the other ones. These are some drawbacks for the computer based courses. To sum up, online educational system has some potential to improve our educational system. Furthermore, we should keep in mind the loopholes of this educational system. Whilst, the campus education is still a gold standard.
Can anybody evaluate this essay?? and guide me about my loopholes.
I would be thankful.
