Recruiters of many organisations these days do not hesitate to call their employees although they are on leave.Despite the benefits,in my view, these are outweighed by disadvantages. This essay shall discuss the merits and demerits of the situation.
To begin with, firstly the people who have hired by one of the reputable firm would take off from their job only in case of some genuine reasons and they might be some people who take leaves due to illness, to attend either some auspicious occasions or un-auspicious occasions. Secondly, some people feel exhausted after tiring hectic schedule and perhaps this could be the reason they want to spend quality time with the family members. These are the possible causes for taking off from the duties. In this situation if employer would call the employee his/her leisure time or social life would get affected. Besides it, some companies do not pay for the days when the employees are absent. Also, those who are on sick leaves, their condition could be worsen. In short, interruption while on leave can prove harmful for employees.
On the other hand, if employers call to their employee to ask the information for the task whichever halted for some time can be completed in time. In addition to this, workalcoholic people neglect their families and friends to meet deadline and loyalty of these people towards organisation can be seen in their work. Of course, it is necessary for a person to strike a balance between a good life and good work can give a job satisfaction.
To conclude, I would like to say that though a good balance between personal life and professional is maintained by a employee, a employer’s call, during the leave is not justifiable. Therefore, disadvantages of employer’s call outweigh disadvantages. In my opinion, employees should be given full freedom to enjoy their holidays.

Recruiters (boss/ leader/ employer) of many organisations these days do not hesitate to call their employees although they are on leave.Despite the benefits,in my view, these are outweighed by disadvantages. This essay shall discuss the merits and demerits of the situation.
To begin with, firstly the people who have (been) hired by one of the reputable firm would take off from their job only in case of some genuine reasons and they might be some people who take leaves due to illness, to attend either some auspicious occasions or un-auspicious occasions. Secondly, some people feel exhausted after tiring hectic schedule and perhaps this could be the reason they want to spend quality (valuable/ precious) time with the family members. These are the possible causes for taking off from the duties. In this situation if employer would call the employee his/her leisure time or social life would get affected. Besides it, some companies do not pay for the days when the employees are absent. Also, (for) those who are on sick leaves, their condition could be worsen. In short, interruption while on leave can prove harmful (affection) for employees.
On the other hand, if employers call to their employee to ask the information for the task whichever halted for some time can be completed in time(???). In addition to this, workalcoholic (workaholic) people neglect their families and friends to meet deadline and loyalty of these people towards organisation can be seen in their work. Of course, it is necessary for a person to strike (for) a balance between  a good life and good work can give a job satisfaction. (life and work to achieve a life satisfaction)
To conclude, I would like to say that though a good balance between personal life and professional (life) is maintained by a employee, a employer’s call, during the leave is not justifiable ( it’s confusing here, I can’t understand). Therefore, disadvantages of employer’s call outweigh disadvantages. In my opinion, employees should be given full (complete) freedom to enjoy their holidays.

T.R: 5.5

  • address the task partially.
  • the 1st main idea is quite appropriate, but the 2nd is not clear as there are 2-3 small ideas there, and they are somehow not relevant. It would be better if you group some small ideas into a big one and focus on making a clear development within a paragraph.

C.C: 5.5

  • present information with some organisation but lack of overall progression

L.R: 5.5

  • vocabulary use should be more flexible

G.A: 6.0

  • use a mix of simple and complex structure
  • some minor grammatical mistakes.

Frequent practice would make your essays better!
