Mankind has been living in a shadow of crimes thus yet beyond question. So retaining offenders within jail over long-term or replacing them in their own home has repeatedly been represented as a world-first, luxury problem by not all; however, erudite scholars dwelling in dominant countries. As for those who believe that lawbreakers should be sentenced to a long prison term, whereas, opponents claim that authorities have to quickly come up with a real solution to this occurrence. In the following position, I will examine both sides of the issue and draw a well-grounded conclusion.
To start with, Some individuals support this viewpoint that keeping criminals in jailhouse during such a long time can progressively decline the rate of crimes in the society. It is due to the fact that if prisoners are allowed to dwell in outside with people, they will stoke the fear of crime, and therefore, re-offend like robbery, violent crime and even murderer. Consequently, our peaceful land would be altered to crime zone. In fact, those all signal negatively and serve to pose threats to individuals as well as public simultaneously. Russia can be a fantastic example of it since approximately five decades ago they suffered such horrible phenomenon, and thousands of inhabitants’ properties or their valuable things were ravaged and even some of them were killed brutally. So it can accurately be presented above that it tends to be a perfect answer if criminals are confined in jail for punishment and also rehabilitation for longer.
Conversely, opposers assert that lawbreakers should be allowed to reside in outside with people who are living in around them. This is because if offenders are retained in prison governments are supposed to fit them out with clothes, foods and also shelters. And, admittedly, this circumstance insists on expending a great deal of money on delinquent’s daily needs. It is unarguable that it is not affordable for a plethora of poor regions like Angola, Madagascar as well as Mali. That is why replacing criminals inside for longer is not likely to prove itself entirely.
In the upshot point, although all the viewpoints depicted above, to my mind, due to a recent event, my sentiments have been swayed to the side of that holding on of lawbreakers in the long prison term leads to reduce illegal acts amid the public gradually.
