Q: The best way to study English is to go and stay in English-speaking country. Agree or disagree?

These days, English play a pivotal role in state-of-the-art society due to its popularity. Some people insist that living in countries where English is mother language is the wisest choice for those who want to highly improve their intellectual ability in using this language. Frankly, I am a vociferous opponent of this stance because of two following reasons. First, people argue for the opinion that living in English-speaking countries help learners have great chances to practice English in daily conversation. Actually, in other nations, there hitherto are numerous appropriate environment for English learners to practice this language, such as English clubs organized by universities, English cafeterias, or even online English chatting room… In lieu of living in English-using countries, trainees could still have plenty of opportunities to advance English listening and speaking skill in those English-communicating surroundings, in which a lot of native speakers who are overseas students and officers participate. Second, there are those who hold the view that only if people live in mother-tongue countries of English, namely United States or Britian, they could approach reference books in terms of English utilization at the highest level. Nevertheless, these days, the internet is widespread comprises all kind of information, and due to the hige pace of life, people tend to purchase e-books on online bookstores as opposed to referring to printed books in libraries as they used to. In addition, all the latest version of reference documents is rapidly updated and available for readers all around the world, so thanks to the Internet, people have the same initiative in obtaining knowledge and understanding from books and other information sources regardless of where they live. In conclusion, although it can be refused that living in English-speaking nations contributes some certain advantages to English learners, there are still several feasible ways for those who are dwellers from non-native English countries to enhance their English skills, among which practicing occasionally at English clubs with native speakers and referring academic documents in terms of how to improve English ability are typical examples.

Actually, in other nations, there hitherto are numerous appropriate environments for English learners to practice this language, such as English clubs organized by universities, English cafeterias, or even online English chatting room (chat room)… In lieu of living in English-using countries, trainees could still have plenty of opportunities to advance English listening and speaking skill in those English-communicating surroundings, in which a lot of native speakers who are overseas students and officers participate. (relation to the main idea of topic?)
Second, there are those who hold the view that only if people live in mother-tongue countries of English, namely United States or Britian (typo), they could approach reference books in terms of English utilization at the highest level. Nevertheless, these days, the internet is widespread comprises all kind of information, and due to the hige (typo) pace of life, people tend to purchase e-books on online bookstores as opposed to referring to printed books in libraries as they used to.
