Interviews have been conducted across the globe for assessing the potentials of employees. However, I cannot say it is the best method to recruit staff. I opine that an interview which is coupled with mock tests and two- months assessment programs will definitely help the employers to understand  communication skills, behaviours, and job worthiness of their candidates.
Admittedly, interviews do help entrepreneurs to understand the traits and cognitive skills of their clients with in a short span of time. In contrast, it is more likely that the clients would prepare answers and speak out what they had learned in previous days. Therefore, it is difficult for the interviewing panel to understand the candidates’ accurate knowledge and working skills.
Nevertheless, an interview which is equipped with mock tests, practical examinations and a prior assessment programme for sixty days would be a better option rather than relying on the simple interview methods where the client can easily foolish recruiters. In this case, the authorities can understand and evaluate employees aptitudes and personal attitudes towards work. For example, monthly assessments would certainly enable the managers to understand their staff potentials which would in turn ensure a well-paid job to the candidates. Hence, it not only helps the employers to select staff as per their objectives but it also offers better job pursuits and working conditions for their employees. Moreover, the interviewees can easily get accustomed to their new job culture if they are  already exposed to their companies before the commencing of jobs. Hence I firmly believe that this is one of the best and the most advanced ways to hire staff.
In conclusion, even though interview is considered as the best way to select clients for various jobs,a modification by introducing programme oriented mock tests and practicals would be a better strategy in the field of hiring and recruiting staff
