Nowadays, rising traffic and accommodation issues are often
viewed as being caused by the increasing of the population. In regard
to this problems, government inspire employments to move from
urban areas to the countryside. Although there are some
advantages of removing businesses to the rural areas, it has also
several disadvantages.
On the one hand, relocating the business to the regional are has
some benefits. Firstly, industry and business can produce
pollution, especially release toxic gases into the air which is
harmful to environment and people health. Secondly, people
living in the countryside can work for a lower salary which is so
profitable for employers. Finally, moving the business to the rural
areas can preclude exodus effectively and support the
development of villages.
On the other hand, moving large companies and factories to the
countryside has several drawbacks. One of the demerits is that
though there are many workers in regional areas but they might
not be skilled as those in urban centres. The shortage of
qualified, experienced and educated workers can be a problem for
companies. Secondly, each company may be suffering from the
structural problems such as Internet connection, electricity and
gas and other necessities.
In conclusion, companies are inclined to move to the regional
areas because of the traffic, accommodation and environmental
issues by the government. There are both benefits and drawbacks
of relocating employment to the countryside, nonetheless in my
opinion it has more positive sides because the global issues in
major cities might be a terrible threat in the future.
