Thank you again! My next essay is as follows:

Many childhood diseases can now be prevented through the use of vaccines.
Should parents be made by law to immunize their children against common diseases or should individuals have the right to choose not to immunize their children?

One of the highly controversial issues today relates to whether there should be a law establishment forcing parents to immunize their children with vaccinations or if they should be free to decide not to. This issue is to do with a childs life, health and safety, thus, I tend to agree that there should be a law enforcement about this.
A lot has been discussed about vaccines, due to the fact that it can sometimes cause simple side effects such as nausea and bruising in the area of the injection. I understand though, that the parents who disagree with this, fear for the worst and more severe side effects, which include allergic reaction or even getting the illness they immunised for. Every form of a drug though has benefits and side effects.
On the other hand, immunisation protects from if not proven deadly, severe diseases. As a result, the population affected for example by Tuberculosis is to the minimum it has ever been. Another reason I agree is because every country now becomes multicultural, travelling becomes easier everyday thus, the chances that a non-immunised child comes in contact with an active carrier of such disease are increasing day by day. In addition, as a healthcare professional, I can easily report that vaccinations nowadays are delivered with extreme caution, and to people that fit the criteria, which in this occasion is the children.
To sum up, I strongly believe that there should be a law established about this matter, especially for severe diseases. This law should also force parents to abide with it. in order to keep their children healthy.

WRITING TASK 2

Write about the following topic
Some people think it is better to educate boys and girls in separate schools. Others, however, believe that boys and girls benefit from attending mixed schools.
Discuss both sides and give your opinion.
You should spend about 40 minutes on this task
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
Write at least 250 words.

School Education plays a pivotal role in shaping young minds. Hence, many people are of the view that there should be single-sex schools only, although supporters of Co-educational Institutes are also there. In my opinion mixed schools are more advantageous as compared to same sex schools.

Proponents of separate institutes for both sexes, argue that it provides a sense of freedom to young students, as they can openly discuss their personal problems in front of the same sex. For instance, girls at their puberty stage, that is when their menstruation starts, needs sufficient guidance with their doubts, which they might not bring up if boys are sitting in the same room. Moreover, critics also believe that at adolescent age, the urge to woo opposite sex, could result in students losing their focus on studies . As per a recent survey on teens, it came forward that most of them prefers to spend more time to groom their physical appearances, rather than improving their grades. So, if there are separate schools, this distraction could be minimized if not eradicated completely.

However, most of these arguments could only be applied to specific cases rather than majority of students. First of all, imparting education in mixed schools, instills a sense of equality among both sexes. Because they have to compete with each other on various fronts, it proves to them that they are no lesser than their counterparts . As a result of this, they are more confident and open in their approach at later stages of their lives. It has been statistically proved by many researches, that alumnus of Co-education schools and colleges are more extrovert and have bolder attitudes, as compared, to students of separate schools. In addition to this, when both sexes are educated together, then there is a better understanding of the opposite sex , as a result, they have a better harmony when working together.
To conclude, it is my personal opinion that same schools and colleges for both boys and girls is more rational and have wider benefits, in comparison to different schools for them. As it would result in youngsters being more bold and confident, and so would prove a bane for our society.
