The line graph illustrates the acid level in mouth which is created due to consuming sweet items specifically sugar and honey.As presented in graph higher the acid level lower is the PH value.PH value below 5.5 is detrimental for teeth and can cause tooth decay.
The graph shows initial PH value of mouth is 7 and it falls after consumption of sweet items.When Fruit sugar is consumed the PH value falls to 4.5 in 5 min and remains in danger line for more than 20 min. The next line shows when Cane sugar is consumed PH value drops to 3.5 and remains in danger level for more than 30 min.And finally when honey is consumed the PH value drops to 3 and remains in danger level for 13 min.Overall graph shows that Cane sugar is more harmful as compared to fruit sugar and honey.
Inconlusion consumption of any sweet items is likely to cause tooth decay and may affect our teeth
